 Meeting Minutes from 9/1

- Roll call was taken, light turnout

- We discuss the success of the Golf Tournament but could not vote on donation amounts because we did not have enough members present.

- We mentioned the Council Bull Roast on 2/18/12 at La Fountaine Bleu.  We have 30 tickets to sell

- Polar Bear plunge is back and as is from previous years.  The Council will have their own lot and participate in tailgating  before the plunge.  I will set up Roost 99 on the SOMD site for folks to register and set up their pledges.  Roost 99 will sponsor the bus to Sandy Point and back.

- Kickoff the Season party and membership drive scheduled for Sunday September 25th 1pm through the Ravens game.  Members are expected to attend.  The Roost will provide Pit beef and Wings, members should bring a desert or appetizer.  A-town will have drink specials throughout the day.  Membership renewals are $10 new members are $15.

- Roost 99 bull Roast will be held on Saturday, March 31st 7-12pm at Oregon Ridge.  Ticket prices are still $45.

- Della and Connie will be selling $5 chances at our kickoff party for a pair of tickets to the Raves vs. 49's game on Thanksgiving day.  Proceeds will go to a young boy who needs medical assistance.

- Juanita will be creating a Roost 99 Facebook account.  More to  come....
